Your Purchase, Made Easy
Shopping with us is simple! Everything you see on our website is available for delivery in London. Browse our online shop, add your chosen bouquets and gifts to your cart, and follow the checkout process.
To help your flowers last longer, we might sometimes send them in bud. Some of our flowers, and plants can be harmful or poisonous. If you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly. We're here to help!
We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro. If you're shopping from outside the UK, don't worry - your credit card company will convert the transaction to your local currency.
Availability and Substitutions
We do our best to ensure that all products are available, but sometimes we might run out.
If a product is unavailable, we'll substitute it with something similar in value and quality. We'll do our best to match it as closely as possible.
If we cannot deliver the product or a substitute at all, we'll let you know as soon as possible and refund your payment in full within 30 days of the delivery date.
Order Confirmation and Cancellation
When you receive your order confirmation, it means we've received your order. However, this doesn't mean a contract exists between us just yet. We'll let you know when payment has been processed and your order is confirmed. This is to protect us both in case of any pricing mistakes or if we're no longer able to supply a particular product.
If you need to cancel your order, please note that there may be a small cancellation fee. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
Delivery Details
To ensure your order arrives smoothly, please double-check that you've entered the full address details, including the correct postcode. Also, include your daytime contact telephone number or email address. This way, we can reach out to you if there are any issues with delivery.
Schedule
We deliver Monday to Saturday in the UK, and are closed on Bank Holidays. We'll do our best to get your order to you on the same day if needed. If you have a specific delivery date in mind, please let us know.
Do note that we can't guarantee timed deliveries, except for funeral tributes and weddings. If you have an emergency order, please give us a call.
Commitment
Our deliveries are made once, and if the recipient isn't home, we'll leave a note explaining that the flowers/plant are waiting for them at our shop. If a neighbour is available, we'll try to leave the delivery with them, providing they're willing to take responsibility.
If the recipient is unable to collect their order, we'll arrange a new delivery date at our earliest convenience. Please note that we're not responsible for any theft or damage to flowers, plants, or sundries if left unattended.
We do our best to deliver your order on the date you requested. However, in rare cases, this might not be possible. If this happens, we'll let you know as soon as we can and work with you to find a solution, whether that's making alternative arrangements or giving you a full refund.
If we're delivering to a business location like an office, hospital, airport, hotel, or ship, we'll consider the delivery complete when someone authorized to receive packages signs for it.

Returns and Refunds
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. Please let us know about any issues with your order within 1 working day of delivery, since our products are perishable and we want to help you promptly.
Refunds may be given at the discretion of our management, and we'll always try to reach an agreement with you for a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of your complaint.
